3. Eligibility

- Plans cannot be transferred without prior approval, except in the case of property sale.
4. Coverage & Exclusions

- Pre-existing conditions, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

- Cosmetic issues and non-functional damages are excluded unless explicitly covered.
5. Service Requests
- Service requests must be submitted through our official channels (website, phone, or app if available).
- We will assign a qualified contractor/technician to assess and complete the repair or replacement.
- Emergency service availability may vary by location.
- Missed appointments by the customer may result in additional fees.
6. Fees & Payments
- Customers must pay the plan fee as per the selected subscription (monthly or annual).
- Service call fees, deductibles, or additional charges may apply per request.
- Payments must be made on time to maintain active coverage. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your plan.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- Customers may cancel their plan within the first 30 days for a full refund (minus any service fees used).
- After 30 days, cancellations may be subject to pro-rated refunds and administrative charges.
- Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Buy Home Protection is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our responsibility is limited to repair or replacement as defined in your plan.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by contractors, parts availability, or factors beyond our control.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate property and system/appliance details when enrolling.
- Maintain your home systems and appliances in good working order.
- Allow technicians reasonable access to the property for inspections and repairs.
- Pay all applicable fees on time.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on buyhomeprotection.com, including text, graphics, logos, and service materials, is owned by Buy Home Protection and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Contractors
We may assign third-party contractors to perform repairs or replacements. While we select qualified professionals, we are not responsible for delays, workmanship issues, or damages caused by contractors beyond the scope of our control.
12. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not made on time.
- False or misleading information is provided.
- Misuse, fraud, or abusive behavior occurs.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of USA.
